Ari has been successfully building and scaling global organizations on three continents for two decades.  During his career, Ari has optimized operating costs for Bloomberg LP,  CitiGroup Europe, Ford Motors Europe, and Vivendi Universal.  Ari led a global transformation program for Colt Telecom (FTSE: COLT), impacting their thirteen-country $2Bn operations.  He has scaled a US manufacturer from $5 million to $150 million, with only 60 employees.  Ari has revived a dormant national non-profit into a thriving organization.   In addition, Ari founded a mental fitness digital startup that optimizes human thought and behavior by leveraging unique and disruptive cognitive and behavioral models working with nationally recognized mental health experts and high-ranking officials of Israel's IDF.   


The Performance Six methodology is a framework distilled from these time-proven successes, which today drive consistent measurable success for our clients, taking them to the next level, removing friction, and enabling continued steep growth.
